Warning- cannot be used when pregnant as contains a small element of essential oils and medical opinion is that these should be avoided in the first trimester.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Apply a small amount (1 pump = 1 mls. – usually 2 pump is enough) to the treated area and gently massage into the skin until absorbed. For best results apply at least twice daily.
