New Covid-19 Secure Salon Environment

Appointments

There will now be an additional 10minutes gap between every appointment to allow for additional cleaning measures as per Government guidelines. This gap will be reviewed and changed if a risk occurs. If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please advise me as soon as possible and do not come to the salon.

Attendance

Please where possible attend appointments alone, if you need to bring someone please ask them to stay in the car rather than entering the waiting room and salon with you.  Please could you kindly arrive at your set appointment time, please try to avoid coming early as you may come in contact with another client or in progress of cleaning/hygiene measures.

Hygiene

There will be hand sanitiser available for you to use if you enter the waiting room, and hand sanitiser when you enter the treatment room. Please bring your own face covering if you have one or one will be provided to you.  I will be using personal protective equipment (PPE) during all treatments, this may include disposable gloves, facemask, face shield and apron where appropriate.

Personal belongings

Only bring essential personal items with you to the salon, anything you do bring you will be asked to place in the plastic box at the entrance.  This will include mobile phones to maintain hygiene throughout your treatment. Please can you be respectfully in salon and to help you to relax by switching your phone to silent when in treatment.

Health Wellness Check

You will receive a health wellness check email 24-48 hours before your appointment.  Please complete and return as soon as possible, failure to do so could led to your appointment being rescheduled.

Client Record Card

All clients will have to complete an online Client Record Card before they attend their appointment, this will be sent via email (the one you registered with) to you once your appointment has been confirmed.  Even if you have previously attended the salon as of 1 July 2020 a new client record card must be completed, it will be sent to your every 3-4 months to check and update your medical and health status.

Skin & Body Consultations

Prior to a facial treatment or body treatment you will be sent an online consultation form to complete and submit. This will help to speed up the in-salon consultation process and allow more time for me to give advice on treatments and products.  Online consultations are available via Zoom if preferable or you have difficulty getting into the salon at a set date/time.

Cancellation Policy

Please kindly give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If cancelled because of a COVID-19 worry of you or someone you live with the 40% cancellation charge be waivered.  If any other reason the cancellation policy still applies so that I can continue to see as many clients as possible and no-one loses out financially or timewise.

No Show Policy

If you do not show up to a booked appointment without prior communication the full amount of the treatment will be charged.  This is an automated process that happens through my online booking system, payments can be made online through the link sent in the no show email.

No Smoking Policy

The salon operates a strict no smoking policy.

Payment

Accept cash and major credit/debit cards in salon.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount and for all treatments. They are currently valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Parking

FREE parking is available on my drive between Monday-Friday 9.30-4.00pm, after these timings please park on the road.
