The following details our current shipping, delivery, returns & refund policy:
Once an online order has been received please allow up to 24-48 hours to process and despatch for delivery.
If there should be a problem with your order, you will be contacted by email or text as soon as possible to advise.
Free delivery on orders of £100 or more. Delivery will be via 1st Class recorded by Royal Mail Recorded Service, which aim to be delivered the next working day, though please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
All orders below £100 a flat rate of £4.95 will be charge for 1st Class recorded by Royal Mail Recorded Service, which aim to be delivered the next working day, though please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
Please note that orders are occasionally delayed due Royal Mail services or on bank holiday, public holidays, it is recommended to allow extra time for your order to arrive during these periods.

Local collection is available for those that want to collect their order in person from RR Skin & Laser Clinic. At the checkout please select free local collection if you wish to collect your order in person. Details of the dedicated customer collection point will be emailed to you along with instructions on organising a date and time to collect your order.
Returns & Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us on email@example.com within 7 days of your purchase so that a return can be arranged. All returned items must remain in their original packing, unopened, un-damaged and unused. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the product, postage and packaging cost will be at your own expense. Upon receipt of the return products, please allow up to 5 days for items to be checked and refunded via the original payment method. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. Please note there will be a £10 returns charge to cover admin costs and bank charges on all returned items.
Damaged or Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or fault product, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your purchase so that a return can be arranged. Upon receipt of the return product, a replacement will be sent out free of charge. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the product, postage and packaging cost will be at your own expense.
RR Skin & Laser Clinic reserves the right to decline any reimbursement or to replace a product in the event such returned items have been subjected to unnecessary damage, or evidence of misuse or has been opened.
